A wonderful experience. Something I would normally not choose, but so glad I did. Willem is a fantastic host, good safe driver, and very friendly. Your trip starts at the V & A waterfront. You will be given precise meet up point which is easy to find. Then your journey starts, taking in the wonderful scenery as you pass by, feeling like King or Queen of the road. The trike is comfortable and there is room for a small bag in the rear compartment. You have stops for pictures, to enjoy some champagne and food which is all included. Watching the sun go down at Chapmans peak is a beautiful sight. All in all this is a great trip.

We would recommend that you don’t leave Cape Town till you spend a day with Willem and his trike. It’s one of the best ways to see the sights.

A sunset cruise along Chapman`s Peak Drive is already magical, but having it arranged by Cape Town Trike Tours made it extra special. And what a thoughtful touch from Willem with the champagne and picnic platter — that’s the kind of detail that turns a great outing into a truly memorable one.
The perfect mix of romance, scenery, and personalized service. Definitely a Valentine’s Day to remember!

What a lovely day we had, the weather was perfect. Willem was a great host, took us to see all the nice restaurants and pub`s at every stop around the coast, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Brass Bell and then topped it off with a final drink at Foresters Arms, we had so much fun on the trike and will definitely be back for a sunset cruise in the near future.

What an epic experience. We are Cape Town born and bred and can confirm, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is the best and only way Cape Town should be experienced. Willem, what a legend, is the nicest possible tour guide, super friendly and accommodating. He has a couple of great stories and is just an all round stellar guy. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked this trip as part of our honeymoon celebration in South Africa and were looking for different ways to enjoy Cape Town and its surrounding areas. Willem was a great guide and host. We had never been on a trike or even a motorbike before, and felt totally safe whilst at the same time having a great exciting ride through Cape Town and out over to Signal Hill for sunset. Willem talked us through many of the sites en-route, stopping here and there for wonderful views along the way. The sunset picnic and fizz we enjoyed were generous and very tasty! Willem offers various trips around Cape Town and further afield, we would certainly book again to continue to enjoy the trike experience!

My wife had this idea that a trike is great. I always said my motorbike is better. So when we came to Cape Town I surprized her with a trike trip. And to my surprize it was indeed better than my motorcycle. Willem was a warm and friendly host, and a good driver. The route was fantastic and the stop for snacks and champagne was wonderful. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to my friends and any one who wants to experience the joy of trike rides. Thanks Willem!

I had the best time with trike tours, we ride in this gorgeous bike around the best Cape Town spots and learned so many interesting facts about the city history and nature. It was my first time here and I highly recommend this wonderful adventure, also Willem at Cape Town trike tours is a very friendly and energetic tour guide. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience!!
It wasn`t on my bucket list because I didn`t know about it. All we can say is: Wow, what an experience. Willem, the tour guide is professional and was always making sure we were ok.
The trip up Chapman`s Peak and the picnic treat there, was amazing.
One tip: if you decide to go during the winter season, dress very warmly.
Amazingly the trike was smooth, stable and remarkably quiet and although the wind limited conversation at times, the 4 hours seemed to go too quickly.
We would highly recommend these trike tours with Willem.

What an incredible experience! It was totally amazing to experience our beautiful Cape Town from this point of view. We arranged this tour as an early birthday present for my special needs son. Willem went out his way to assist me with my son. The Cape Town weather forced us to make some route changes. Willem handled that like a pro. Then we had the Tokia fire, with firefighting helicopters and fire brigade with blaring alarms. Extremely exciting! The views from Chapman`s Peak, Hout Bay and Camps Bay, did not disappoint.
I can highly recommend Willem. He was professional and very accommodating towards our son. He is an excellent driver and always ensured our safety and comfort. My son can`t keep talking about the ride, Willem. You definitely made a huge impression.
